Password not working?
Your username name and password are CaSe SeNsiTiVe (letter "a" is NOT the same as "A") and must be entered in exactly the same way as when you joined. The easiest is to copy & paste them from the subscription confirmation you received by email.

Who are your billing processors?
Your will be (discreetly) billed by 'IBill', 'CCBill', '2000Charge', 'Paycom', 'Paybox', 'NEOCOM', 'AchDebit', 'ChargeMeLater', 'CommerceGate'.

How often will I be charged for your services?
You will be charged every thirty days from the day you originally subscribed. For example, if your account was created on January 15th, you will be automatically rebilled on February 15th. If you cancel your account before that date, we will not charge your account anymore ; it will expire after your 30 day membership. For example, if you signed up on January 15th and cancelled on January 30th, your membership will expire on February 14th.

How to register VirtuaGirl2 software:

1. Right click on the located in the systray, select 'Options':

2. Click on 'Register':

3. Enter your serial number and click on the 'Register online (recommended)' button.

You need to be connected to Internet for the registration process. If you really can't connect from this computer, log into the members area from another computer with Internet access ( http://members.virtuagirl2.com/ ) using your login and password and write down your serial number. Enter your serial number on this computer and click on the 'Register without internet connection' button. You will be given your 'Key One' and asked for 'Key Two'. From another computer with Internet access, log onto http://key.virtuagirl2.com/, enter your Serial number and your 'Key One' as requested. You will be given your 'Key Two', enter 'Key Two' on this computer to complete the registration process.
Reminder: Login and Password are used to access the members area every time you want to download new animations. Serial Number is used to register your software one time, before being able to download animations from the members area.

How to uninstall the software?

Uninstalling VirtuaGirl2 will permanently remove the program and all the animations from your computer. If you just want to disable VirtuaGirl2 right click on the red "2" icon and choose "Disable". If you only want to delete some of your animations, right click on the red "2" icon and click on options. In the tab where you see all the girls (label may be "Girls" or "Characters"), select an animation and click the uninstall button.

If you want to uninstall VirtuaGirl2 altogether, read the following instructions (procedure for Windows):

• Quit VirtuaGirl2 if the program is running (right click on the red "2" icon on the taskbar and select "Quit").
• Click on Start in the menu bar, then programs, then VirtuaGirl2, then Uninstall.
  This will launch the uninstall program that will entirely and automatically remove VirtuaGirl2 from your computer.
• If this does not work (but it should ;-), you can also uninstall VirtuaGirl2 by yourself:
  • Remove the program and the animations from your hard drive: delete the folder named "vg" on "C:\Program Files\vg".
  • Prevent Windows from calling the program you just deleted: click on Start in the menu bar, then programs, then Startup, right click on VirtuaGirl2 and select "delete" in the popup menu.
